Why Not I is a behavioural performance platform provided to athletes and staff through their club, academy or organisation.

Getting access

Access to the platform is arranged by your organisation. If you are an athlete or a member of staff and you have not received an invitation, speak to your club contact in the first instance — they manage who is enrolled.

The app cannot be used without an account created by your organisation.

If something isn't working

Email us at support@whynoti.co.uk and we will come back to you within one working day.

It helps if you can tell us:

• Which organisation you're with
• Whether you're using the mobile app or the web dashboard
• What you were doing when the problem happened

Your data

Details of what we collect, who can see it, and your rights are set out in our privacy policy.

If you want to withdraw your agreement, request a copy of your information, or delete your account, you can do this in the app, or email privacy@whynoti.co.uk.
